QuikBrick Limited Warranty

1. Two Year Limited Warranty Coverage

QuikBrick products: brick skirting panels,molded corners, brick panel joiners are inclued in QuikBrick's Limited Warranty, to original purchaser of the product specified in the duly excuted and filed form of warranty registration application, during the period of his or her ownership and occupancy of the real estate structure on which the product has been installed to be free from manufacturing defects.

2. Registrattion of the Warranty

In order for the original purchaser of QuikBrick products to be entitled to the rights, and bound by the limitations of this Limited Warranty, the attached,warranty will be valid only when the registration card is completed, signed by owner and the installing contractor, and returned to QuikBrick within thirty days after completion of product. This warranty is non-transferable.

3. Filing a Claim

If you feel that the product you purchased is not free from manufacturing defects you must promptly notify QuikBrick in writing at this address:

4. Remedies - Manufacturing Defects

This Limited Warranty is for the benefit of the original owner only and is not transferable.If an inspection by QuikBrick confirms damage caused by manufacturing in the product, QuikBrick will at its sole opinion repair, replace or refund the original sales price of the defective part or portion of the product. All work to be performed will carry a basic service payment od one hundred dollars in each instance. This service payment must be recieved by QuikBrick prior to commencement of any work under this Limited Warranty. The original owner acknowleges that a color variance may occur between new replacement product and the originally installed product due to normal weathering.

5. Limitations of Warranty

This Limitied Warranty covers only manufacturers defects. It does not cover damage to QuikBrick products caused by faulty or improper installation, settlement of the building, color change due to normal weathering due to exposure to the elements, flood, ice, wind, fire, lightning, wind borne objects, tornado earthquake, hurricane, cyclone or any other weather of a destructive nature of acts of God, incompatible paints, corrosive atmospheric oxidation, or any intentional acts or unreasonable use, accidental damage, or negligence, vandalism, or exposure to any atmospheric pollutant, mildew, acid rain, harmful chemicals, vapors, or damage done as a result of salt air. Under no circumstance is QuikBrick.com, LLC liable for any incidental, consequential or accidental damages to QuikBrick products of any kind.
IMPORTANT: Color change due to normal weathering is defined as: exposure to ultra-violet sunlight; extremes of weather and atmospheric conditions which will cause any colored or painted surface to fade, darken, or chalk, in which color variance may occur.

6. QuikBrick.com, LLC rights

QuikBrick.com, LLC reserves the right to discontinue any product lines, colors or accessories without notice to the original owner. QuikBrick.com, LLC shall not be liable to the original owner as a result of such discontinuance or change. No employee agent or other person is authorized by QuikBrick.com, LLC to assume for it any liability in addition to that set forth in this Warranty Statement. In no event shall QuikBrick.com, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, ownership or use of such products, including any physical harm. This warranty constitutes the only warranty by QuikBrick.com, LLC and is given in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, inclluding any warranty of merchantability, and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The provisions of this warranty shall constitute the entire liability of QuikBrick.com, LLC to the original owener.

7. Buyers Rights

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

8. Care And Maintenance

Your QuikBrick.com, LLC products are made from an ABS plastic material and coatings of 100% acrylic/latex on brick face. QuikBrick.com, LLC products are recommended to be cleaned by washing with a soft bristle brush and water.
